Can I submit my university entrance qualification certificate with a slight delay?

Yes, certificates that have not yet been issued by the application deadline can be submitted by July 31 at the latest.

Exceptions:

The preliminary IB transcript of records (issued by the IBO) is sufficient. The final certificate must be presented upon enrollment.

The ÖSYM can be submitted by August 31.

Important: You still must submit your application before the deadline and will not be able to make changes yourself after that. Please send your final school certificate by e-mail to the Admissions Office (incl. your name and applicant number). Information on document certification and translation can be found here.

Please note, however, that a decision on your application can only be made once the final documents have been received and checked. Conditional admissions will not be granted.
