Human-System interfaces

Human-System interfaces are key for the efficient operation of autonomous systems since irrespective of the degree of autonomy, the overarching goals of the systems need to be determined and communicated by human beings. The specialization conveys in-depth knowledge of human-machine interfaces as well as their human-centered development. Emphasis is put on knowledge about human perception and information processing as well as technical means enabling the design of intuitive and efficient interfaces.
