How does the Qualification Assessment Process work?
Once your application has been received, the BSc AT Admission Committee will review the documents that are relevant to them. You may receive an invitation to take the online test on the next possible date. In addition, grades from international certificates will be converted after their validity has been checked by FAU Admissions Office.
During the Qualification Assessment Process the university entrance qualification and the online test are taken into account. Both grades are converted into points and then added together. You must achieve a total of at least 140 points to be admitted. Additional documents such as letters of recommendation, additional achievements or further education do not provide a bonus.
Detailed information as well as the conversion scales can be found in the statutes on the Qualification Assessment Process (= Eignungsfeststellungsverfahren/EFV).
