Can I be granted Late Arrival?

Yes, we are aware that it can be difficult to obtain a visa in time and therefore grant our students Late Arrival until the mid of November. As FAU is a brick and mortar university, we unfortunately can’t assume that students who arrive later will still successfully complete the semester. In this case, they would have to postpone the start of their studies.
